Volvo issue their new ‘Service Promise’

Volvo Cars Ireland have outlined a new servicing campaign aiming to give Volvo customers a very high level of care when having their car serviced. The Volvo Service Promise will be rolled out across all authorised dealers nationwide and aims to deliver on six specific promises in a bid to guarantee customer satisfaction:

1. We’ll give you a named contact who’ll handle your requirements

2. We’ll sort out the best mobility solution for you while we have your car

3. We’ll give your car a free health check

4. We’ll ensure your Volvo’s software is upgraded

5. We’ll give it a wash and vacuum before we return it to you

6. Now includes Free roadside assistance for one year
