McLaren confirm their P1 is ‘Race Ready’ for Geneva

McLaren Automotive has confirmed that they will have a production-ready version of their new P1 supercar at the 83rd International Motor Show in Geneva this March. By now most have seen the car undergoing testing wearing only a slight disguise and it is believed that the finished car will very closely resemble the original P1 concept shown late last year.

In the latest release, McLaren have shown a glimpse of the interior dash which as you would expect from a brand like McLaren features a very race orientated display that will be adjustable depending on which drive mode is selected. Upon selecting Race mode, the large rear wind extends out from the body – much like the Veyron – and sets its pitch according to the optimal aerodynamic position.

The official unveiling is set for Match 5th at 11.15am CET
