Fact: Skoda is the third oldest automotive manufacturer in the world. It was by Vaclav Laurin & Vaclav Klement who established their first factory near to the city of Prague way back in 1895.

Now, 117 years later, Skoda are launching a special edition of their all conquering Superb called the L&K. These special editions will be powered by their 2.0 TDI diesel engine which create a rather lively 170bhp. It will share a similar spec to the Superb Elegance but will also gain unique alloy wheels, L&K embossed brown leather interior and other features like LED rear lights. Just 40 of these cars will make it to Ireland, so if you’re looking to own something a bit different and special, get down to your local Skoda dealer quick smart.

Prices start from €36,645 for the manual, while the DSG & 4×4 variants will retail at €40,245 & €40,545 respectively. The L&K is also available in all engine formats in the Combi form, which costs €1,000 extra.
